Why Do We Pray–Meditate
I’ve included this section for many reasons. First of all, I believe that we all benefit from our life here on Earth. We learn day by day, about ourselves and our relations to others. We trade off roles: sometimes we are the teachers and other times we are the students. There are rough spots along the way as well as exuberantly joyous moments. Speaking for myself, I am truly grateful for all the various experiences. This brings me to gratitude. By expressing gratitude; being thankful for the things we have been given helps to draw more positivity to us. Also by spending time on the things we want to draw into our life like: health, prosperity, happiness and love we are telling the universe that these are things that we value. No matter what one’s own personal beliefs are, we can express these things to help cultivate more of the same.
The prayers gathered here are what we use each day. You are welcome to use them, print them out, share them with others or not. It is your choice.
The guided audio meditation provided is used world-wide to help us progress to a more peaceful and healed people and planet. This is a global meditation that is said every Sunday at 3 PM UTC. You can look up your local time here: http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/
People from around the world gather to meditate at the same time which increases the effectiveness exponentially.
The meditation used here involves standing up at one point and moving in a circular clockwise motion. This represents manifestation of what you are seeking. There is also toning of eee and aaa ahhh. When done in a group this sounds really good. Sound is another beneficial component of meditation.
There are other meditations in various languages here:

After the ending of the aaa ahhh toning, please take a seat and do the remaining couple minutes sending loving “pink egg” energy around the world and beyond. There is also a separate “Pink Egg” meditation if you only have a couple minutes of time to spare.
Enjoy,
